Something is very wrong with my blog. :( It isn't letting me log onto blogger at all, its just like a blank page with (im guessing) a lot of html codes? It hasn't worked for like 4 days. Not sure whats going on. Its been acting really weird lately, saying I'm only following just a few blogs and that I only have a few followers. Doesn't let me click on links when people comment my blog, doesn't show their pictures either. Now, Its not working at all.. I'm bummed. :/

I'm on my phone right now and not even sure if this is going to work... lol.
But.. I'm working on it.

I've been a Greys fan since my college days. The girls in my dorm got my hooked, I loved it and I'll keep watching it til its over. I absolutely love that Mer&Der are finally happy! :)

American Idol
I just love this show, I loved it with Simon, Paula, Randy, Ellen, Etc. & I love it now. I LOVE the auditions though, I like seeing the funny ones and figuring out who I like early on. Last year the second Scotty Mcreery opened his mouth, I knew he was going to be my favorite. :)

Boy Meets World

This was my favorite show growing up, I was flipping through the channels last week and seen they was showing season 1 on MTV2! They play it every day, I've shamelessly been watching them. ;) They're on season 2 now, I still love this show.

Wheres my Droid?

Seriously!! This is the best app! I use it way more than I probably should. I have a major problem with loosing my phone. I carry it around and then leave it laying everywhere. This app, FINDS IT! :) Even if your phone is on vibrate or silent, all you have to do is text your special code to your phone.. and BAM, it turns the volume all the way up and rings for two minutes. I have a Mytouch4G, but I'm sure there is some sort of version for iphone users. But if you're an android user, Download it, you wont regret it!

THE best toy we bought Kaylee for Christmas, hands down! It is so cool. It could keep her entertained for hours if I let her, lol. & She has already learned SO much on it.

Vtech Care & Learn Teddy Bear
Peyton got this for Christmas and its seriously such a cute toy. She love its, shes actually learning what to do with the stethoscope too, which I think is adorable!

Fresh Beat Band: Wizard of Song
Did anyone elses kids watch this? My daughter being a Fresh Beat fanatic, we watched it the day it premiered of course, lol. I love the Wizard of Oz, and I knew she would be WAY to scared to watch it so its nice that she can still enjoy it in her own way. I thought it was adorable! Shes watched it every day since. Peyton even liked it, she sat through almost the whole thing! lol. Marina is Kaylee's favorite so she loved that she was the 'star' of this episode.

Apple & Eve: Fruitables
Kaylee and Peyton both love these. They taste just like fruit juice but have 1 full serving of fruits and veggies in them. Its 2.99 for the 8 pack of juice boxes. Both times I've bought them I had a 1$ off coupon. Apparently they've came out with a jug of it now, but I have seen that yet.

If you are like me and bummed that Picnik is closing, I've heard this is the closest photo editing to picnik. Apparently they are asking picnik users what they would like to have on it, they just added lots of face touch ups and will be adding more effects soon. They layout is even really close to picniks too. I'll be using Picnik til April 19th, but after that looks like ill be going here. :)

The Hunt for the blue haired Lalaloopsy!

Kaylee has had a giftcard since Christmas. All she wanted was the blue haired lalaloopsy "Mittens fluff & stuff'. After looking for a month, we didn't find her, but... we did find her little sister. She is so happy! Now I have lots of time to find the other one before her birthday. I better find it by June 2nd. lol.

Picture Day!
Kaylee had picture day at Gymnastics yesterday. She got individual and team pics made, I cant wait to get them back. :) Last year they were super cute, hope they turn out good this year too.

I was a good wife and made Eric his favorite.. Chocolate covered strawberries. Yum! I got to use my new candy melter I got for Christmas. Making Cakepops will be much easier now. :)

& This one wasnt from my phone, I just thought it was the cutest! They we're sitting here watching the Bubble Guppies after their baths. SO SWEET. :)

I'm working on my 'What I'm loving January' post. :) Hopefully I'll have it up tomorrow. Its a new thing I'm starting where at the end of every month I will list things that I'm loving for the month. Movies, Books, Apps, Recipes, Products, Kid things, etc. I'm excited about it.

Crazy Kentucky Weather

Seriously? We've had the weirdest weather this past week. Last weekend, It was snowing & FREEEZING cold. Took the girls out to play, they were so excited! Sunday it was 55 degrees and it all melted, then the next day it was 64 degrees and we had friggin TORNADO warnings. In January!! Yeah, I was shocked. lol. At least Kaylee got to play in the snow, every time it even flurries she gets so excited and wants to go out and play in it. lol. It still wasnt a lot, but it was enough to make her happy. Peyton was NOT a fan. lol. We all went outside, Peyton and I stayed out there for maybe 2 minutes and came inside while Eric and Kaylee played. She hated it. I mostly think she just hated her snowsuit, lol. She looked like a mini eskimo... 'I can't put my arms down!' lol.

Had a great weekend. So sorry I haven't been blogging much lately, I have been completely sucked into this book series.. 'The Hunger Games'. Thank you so much to everyone who recommended it. I read the whole series in a little over 4 days, I honestly couldn't put them down & stayed up way too late every night reading them. lol. Wow, such amazing books. I am so excited for the movie now. If you haven't read it yet, I definitely recommend it.

Saturday we dropped Peyton off at my moms for a few hours and took Kaylee to see Beauty and the Beast 3D. This was her very first time going to the movies and she did great! She absolutely loved it. I thought it was so neat when my mom said Beauty and the Beast was the first movie I ever seen in theaters too. Pretty nifty. :) The whole time, Kaylee kept saying 'I miss Peyton' lol, Obviously we don't separate them too much. haha. But she had a great time at Grammy's house and Little Mermaid comes out September 2013, she'll be almost 3 then.. I think that will be a perfect first movie date. haha.

Oh and Peyton learned a new trick, HIDING everything!!! lol. I swear shes such a little stinker! She loves the remotes, phones, keys, etc. and she grabs them when no one is looking and hides them places. So far I've found my phone in my shoes, in her shape sorter ball, and few other places lol. Her go to hiding spot is her little riding toy under the seat. Its so adorable though.When she realizes you're looking for it she just giggles. So cute! I cant believe she turns 15 months old soon. Seriously?! Where has the time gone?? I absolutely love this age though, but I wish I could just slow down time a bit.♥

Happy Wednesday everyone! :) Today I'm linking up with Shannon from 'Life after I Dew' for So what Wednesday. Its 10:30pm. So what if Wednesday is almost over, but better late than never right?

SO WHAT IF...

I don't know who's more excited to go see Beauty and the Beast 3D this weekend... My 3 year old or ME?? Seriously, You're never too old to love Disney!
Today a salesman came to my door and I took my girls and hid in the bathroom! lol. I really need a 'No Soliciting' sign. I can never say no, so I always end up standing there for 15 minutes listening to people try to talk me into buying vacuum cleaners, security systems, 20 lbs of meat, satellite dish, a new roof for my new house, etc. etc. I always end with .. 'Well, You can come back when my husband is home.' & They always do, lol. He just loves that. ;)
I stayed up til 2:00am last night catching up on my new addiction.. Once Upon a Time. WHY am I just now hearing about this show.. It is UH-MAZING! Only 3 more episodes to go and I'll be all caught up... Like I need another show.
Kaylee's Gymnastics class started back last Saturday. I forgot how much it sucked to wake up at 7:00am on a Saturday morning & I hit the snooze 3 times & barely made it to class on time. She's been in it since she was 22 months old, you'd think I'd be used to it by now, right?.. Nope.
I'm counting down the days til our W2s come in.. lol. I can't wait to get our tax rebate. Redoing our bedroom, and finally putting up a privacy fence. Oh and I'm getting me a Kindle Fire. Yep. Merry Christmas to Mommy & Daddy! ;)
If Peyton isn't talking as much as most of the other 14 month olds in my October group. Shes my sweet, quite, little cuddlebug and I LOVE it. :)
I am beyond excited for the movie 'The Vow'. I mean seriously.. Nicholas Sparks movie with Channing Tatum & Rachel McAdams. Pass the tissues! I plan on dragging my husband to the theater the week it comes out. Hey, dont judge! I sit through Transformers and Fast 5 for a reason people. :)

Kaylee's absolute FAVORITE show in the whole world is the Fresh Beat Band. She loves them. So, a few months ago I heard that they were going on tour. I looked up the dates and they weren't coming here. Bummer! :( But apparently they added more dates to their tour and they'll be here March 11 in Louisville. I bought our tickets this morning. We've been to Disney on Ice a few times, but this will be her very first concert. :) I'm excited. Kaylee is seriously going to seriously flip out. lol. I feel awful for not taking Peyton, but she is terrified of loud noises. Plus shes only 14 months old, she probably wouldn't know what was going on anyways. I'll have to think of something special to do for her.

Trying to come up with a really cute way to surprise her with the tickets? Any ideas?

Wow, Hard to believe its 2012. I've never really been much for New Years resolutions, but I decided to try a few this year. Hopefully I wont let myself down.

Date night with Eric once a month. I think for a us being married having two kids, we go on dates a good amount. Probably every 2 months or so. We love going to movies and concerts and things like that. I just think it would be really good for us to just have one night a month set aside for just us. Just for a few hours, I'm excited.
Read more. I've never really been a big reader. Never really read books for 'fun', I guess you could say. Well, except the Twilight series which I love (Dont judge me... lol). But, I really want to try to start reading more. Any suggestions for books would be great.
Start a workout plan & STICK TO IT!
Blog more. :)
Be the best mommy I can be. Kaylee starts preschool this Fall, and I could just cry thinking about it. I want to cherish these last few months, even if it will be only 3 days a week for a few hours, lol. & Peyton, gosh.. I swear it seems she was just born like yesterday. :( Now shes 14 months old. Seriously, where does the time go?

Quit worrying so much!!! This is a big one for me, I have some awful anxiety, I need to learn to just roll with the punches and take life day by day.
Re-do our master bedroom and bathroom this year. New furniture, bedding, curtains, bath decor, paint, the whole shabang. It definitely needs a face lift.
& last but not least...
Make lots of fun family memories. & Go lots of fun places. Starting with taking Kaylee to see her very first movie this month.. Beauty and the Beast 3D. (i dont know whos more excited... me or her, lol.) I wish Peyton was old enough to go, but she cant sit still for 15 minutes, let alone two hours, a few more years babybug. :)

SPARKLES THE ELF: part 3

Well, Christmas is over and Sparkles is gone. Kaylee for sure misses him. She still asks about him almost daily, poor thing. We had so much fun with him. I absolutely love this tradition and I'm so glad we started it. Thank you Pinterest! :) Before Pinterest, I'd never even heard of Elf on a Shelf.

DAY 19: Super Sparkles!!

I made Kaylee a cape exactly like this one, so she was super excited to see that her and Sparkles had matching capes.

DAY 20: On this day, Santa left a special message for the girls via PNP. If you haven't heard about Portable North Pole, I definitely recommend it. Obviously for next year since I am WAY late at getting this post on my blog, so so sorry guys. Anyways, you personalize a video for your child from Santa Claus. Very neat. They loved it, especially Kaylee. Peyton's too little really to have a clue whats going on, but she liked watching it and hearing her name. :)

& Yes, lol.. I have a bright yellow bathroom. Its the girls bathroom really, done in rubber duckies.

Sparkles wrote in his letter that Santa agreed Kaylee could hug him one time to say goodbye. She was so excited to hold and hug him. It was funny how gentle she was with him, like she thought she was going to break him. It was adorable though. I tried to get a picture of Peyton hugging him and she was just trying to chew on him (we're in that major teething stage.) So Kaylee didn't like that too much, lol. Maybe next year.

Again, I am so sorry this took so long to post. We have been crazy busy lately.. But now that the Holidays are officially over and Eric is back to work, I'm back! :) I've missed reading my favorite blogs, so I need to go catch up.

& my house is a crazy wreck! lol. Well, it was til last night. I couldnt stand it anymore so I stayed up til 2am cleaning and organizing. sheesh, my kids are so spoiled. They seriously have way more toys than they know what to do with right now. haha. Hope everyone had a great Christmas. We definitely did. :) The girls got everything they wanted, plus some, spent lots of time with our families, and ate lots of yummy food. As much as I love Christmas.. I'm glad its over. We have a lot of divorce in our family, so we go everywhere it seems. lol. It gets a little crazy, but we love it.

Kaylee and my nephew Jordan with their Happy Nappers grandma got them. I've never in my life seen two kids more excited over stuffed animals. lol. Their reactions opening them was pricesless. :) -yes she has a tutu on, haha. She got it as a gift, I promise she didnt wear that all day. haha.

Daddy finally got her trampoline up. It was dark and cold out, but I still let her jump for a little bit anyway. :)

Im so sad Peyton was sick for Christmas. In all the pictures she looks so pitiful. I hate how bad her allergies are. She hasnt had them this bad since summertime, when they were awful everyday. She was on two different allergy meds but once fall came they went away... thankfully. but friday we went to a christmas party and they had a wood fireplace burning. I'm pretty sure thats what did it. Shes starting to feel a little better, but her nose is still running and shes still coughing. Hopefully she feels better in the morning.

So, did you guys have a good Christmas? What was your kids favorite gift? What was yours? Kaylees favorite is probably the leappad. She would sit and play that thing all day if I let her. lol. With the drums and the trampoline tied for a close second. :) Peytons is her doctor bear and her sisters barbie dolls, lol. My favorite is my new shoes and my new much needed pots and pans set. Erics favorite is his waffle maker, lol. Hes been wanting one of those forever. haha.

So, I went shopping yesterday. Officially LOVE the day after Christmas sale. :) I got all of this from Childrens place for 50 BUCKS!! score! two hoodies, two pairs of jeans, two long sleved shirts, a sweater, a pair of boots, and a hat and cloves. :) I think I did pretty good.

Oh and we said goodbye to Sparkles. :( Kaylee was so sad about it. Shes been asking about him everyday, she says she really misses him. Mommy kind of does too, lol. But I'm glad I dont have to keep finding hiding places for him anymore. haha. I was running out of ideas. Be looking for my post in the next few days of part 3 of my elf on the shelf posts. :)

Santa came!! :)
& now Santa can't sleep. Can't wait to wake up in the morning and see my girls faces. I won't be on for a few says, but ill have lots of pics when I do. :) we had a great christmas so far, spent Christmas Eve with family and we'll go visit more family tomorrow. Oh and, my brother got Kaylee a drum set... Yeah, a drum set! Lol. Isnt he just the sweetest brother ever? ;) I might need to invest in somee earplugs, lol.

SPARKLES THE ELF: part 2

But, our elf Sparkles is definitely a mischievous little guy. I'm not sure whos having more fun with it, Kaylee.. or Me. lol. I am so so glad we started this new tradition though, It is so much fun and I love seeing Kaylee's face every morning when she wakes up and looks for him. She always says 'That silly Sparkles, He is so funny!' & All I have to do is point to him when shes doing something she shouldn't. That part, I like. :)

Here's what Sparkles has been up to over the past week:

DAY 9: Sparkles must have wanted some hot chocolate.

DAY 10: Sparkles decorated!

DAY 10: I'm willing to bet making 21 snowflakes and hanging them up took him almost two hours. ;)

DAY 11: I think hes drank a little too much syrup.

After seeing this idea on Pinterest a few times, and then seeing it from Joylee over at Sweet N Sassy Girls, I knew I just couldnt pass up this cuteness. I definitely will be doing these yearly for both girls. I think it will be neat to see how they change over the years. Heres my finished product, you can click it to make it bigger. :) It seriously melted my heart when she added Peyton to her best friends. I love how much my girls love each other. :)

WALK WATCH 2011♥

Seriously Peyton, 'You're killin me smalls!' --brownie points for you if you know what movie thats from. ;)
But really, shes 13 & a half months old, and has been cruising since she was 9 months. Took her first steps a few weeks before she turned 1. She started taking about 5/6 steps at a time a few weeks ago. NOW, I know she can walk. lol. She walks across the room, she not even super wobbley or anything.. Then she just sits down & crawls. Last weekend we were at my grandpas and she took probably 15 steps chasing their dog. lol. Yet, she still crawls 75% of the time. I think she knows she can get to where she wants to go quicker by crawling, she is a pretty fast little crawler. Oh well, I am enjoying my little baby as long as I can. I love this age. She is seriously the sweetest thing ever, definitely my little cuddlebug & a mommas girl. :) I mean, just look at this face. haha. She always makes this face when she doesnt want me to take her picture, silly girl!

EDIT: Of course, after writing this blog... Today she has been walking all over the place. Probably 80% walking, 20% crawling. :) Proving Momma wrong, lol. I think its safe to say we finally have an official walker... two months after she took her first steps. lol. :)

We had a great weekend, we went to Morristown, Tennessee to go to my family Christmas party. It was the longest car trip we'd ever had with the girls. It was 5 hours away, but with all of our potty breaks, diaper changes, and stopping for lunch we got there in a little over 6 hours. The girls did great though, Kaylee watched movies and slept a bit and Peyton pretty much slept the whole way there and back almost.

At the party, OMGSH! Kaylee was such a hoot. lol. It was at a hall, and Kaylee got SO excited when she seen a stage and a microphone. She went up there and adjusted the mic and she went right up there and got someone to adjust the mic for her and said 'Attention everyone, HI! I'm Kaylee, thank you so much for coming to my show! I'm so glad you're here!' Then my mom was telling her to sing jingle bells, but she thought she was saying tinkerbell. So she made up a song about how much she loves tinkerbell. lol. Then she sang Happy Birthday to me, it wasnt my birthday... haha Then she sang twinkle twinkle and jingle bells. I just couldnt believe it. Shes 3 years old. There was 60 people there! Most of them I hadnt seen in 10 years, she didnt know 90% of them. The girl does not have a shy bone in her body, I hope she keeps that confidence for when she gets older. She swears shes going to grow up and be a singer, just like Taylor Swift. It was seriously THE cutest thing I have ever seen, I'm not biased or anything. lol. My mom has the video on her facebook page, she took them from her phone, im trying to figure out how to get them on my computer. We also played the dirty santa game! My favoritee! :) Had tons of food, and Santa showed up and brought the girls each a little gift. Kaylee was super excited about that. We stayed at the hotel that night and went back home yesterday. Oh and we took the girls to see Santa the other day. Kaylee loved him of course. Peyton cried. lol. This is the best picture we got once peyton started crying, Kaylee stopped smiling. Oh well, still cuteness. (:

Are you guys done with your Christmas shopping? I still have a few more people to buy for, and I need to get a few more things for Peyton. Kaylee is 100% done. Finishing up this week. BUT.. I havent wrapped a single thing yet. EEEK! I dread wrapping presents. I know some people love it, but I'm just not very good at it and don't find anything enjoyable about it. I cannot believe there is only TWELVE days til Christmas!

On November 29, 2011 we added a new member to our family. Our elf, Sparkles. :) Kaylee named him the night before when we were reading the book to the girls. I asked 'When we get our elf what will his name be?' She thought about it for a minute and said 'Hmm.. SPARKLES! I love that name, his name would be Sparkles. She was so excited to wake up the next morning and find him. At first I thought it was a little on the creepy side, lol. I hate porcelain dolls and things that seem like they're looking at you. lol. But it grew on me, and now I think hes so cute. haha. Hes a little mischievous, & I have SO many more ideas for him. :)

I'm going to do a elf on the shelf post once a week, til Christmas. This has been so much fun and the girls really love it. I think its such a fun tradition to start and it really helps pass the long 4 weeks before Christmas. I was so sad that I forgot to DVR the elf on the shelf movie that came on the day after Thanksgiving, but its coming on again! :) Friday at 9:30 on CBS, in case anyone else missed it the first time. We'll be going to Tennesse for a family Christmas party this weekend. Leaving Saturday morning and coming back Sunday afternoon. Any ideas for what I could do for Sparkles while we're gone?

Hope everyone is having a good week. Cant believe theres only 18 days til Christmas! I have most of my shopping done, but still have a few more things to buy. Haven't wrapped anything yet, I need to get on that! lol.

Sorry I've been such a crappy blogging friend the past few days, we have been SO busy. We had gingerbread man day at my Grandmas yesterday and we're getting ready to go see Santa Claus at the mall today. The girls are so excited. :) Lots of pictures to come this week. This is my absolute favorite time of the year. :)
Thanksgiving was busy, but it was great. We went to THREE different dinners, so we were definitely 3 times stuffed. lol. Heres some pics of my girls on Thanksgiving. This was before we left. I forgot my camera. :( Lameoo. But they're still SO sweet. :)

Friday we put our tree up and Kaylee was SO excited to 'build our Christmas tree' lol. She did a great job helping put all of the ornaments on. & *KNOCK ON WOOD* Peyton doesnt even mess with it! :) She touched it once and didnt like the way the tree felt, so she hasnt touched it again. Lets hope it stays like this. haha. I was worried I'd have to put a baby gate around the tree. lol. But so far, she just likes looking at the lights. I'll post pictures as soon as I upload all the pics from my camera. :)

Kaylee also asked to write a letter to Santa Claus. She worked SO hard on this letter. She glued, traced, and colored her little christmas tree. She said 'I really hope Santa likes it!' lol. Shes so sweet. She even asked me to write on for Peyton. So glad I learned about the PNP last year. Shes going to flip when she sees her video this year. She really understands this year, its so fun. If you haven't heard of PNP (Portable North Pole) Check it out! Its a website that lets you make a personalized video from Santa for your child. Its really neat. My Black Friday loot. :)

Sorry this is late. We've had a busy weekend with putting up the tree, decorations, etc. As promised, I'm back to show off my Black Friday loot. :) It was a pretty successful night, I got everything I went for and stayed within my budget. Didn't find too much for Peyton. Most places didnt have too many baby toys. Kaylee is completely done. I already bought her a Leappad, Pink basketball goal, and a princess leappad game, & a new pair of Christmas PJs, of course. Our budget is $200 per child. With the Leappad I was worried since it was 99 by itself, but I think I did a pretty good job. I ended up getting the Pink basketball goal for free when I bought Peyton's bday gift. Toys R Us was having a BOGO Little Tykes sale. :) I'll probably finish Peytons shopping next week sometime. :) So glad to have one girl done already.

TOYS R US: So I got in line at 5:45, they opened at 9. We were the first group to go in, there was maybe 20 people infront of me. I was just going for toys, but since I was getting in line, my grandma gave me the money to get an ipod touch for my brother (when you bought that you got a 50$ gift card). -Not pictured. Also, the little Trampoline is from my Papaw for Kaylee. Shes going to love it. Jumping on the trampolines is her favorite part of gymnastics class. I ended up getting everything I went in there for. :)

I dont know about you, but I absolutely LOVE Christmas card. I love sending them, I love getting them. :) We always display them around our mantle, then sometimes I make ornaments for our tree with some of the really cute ones. I especially love personalized picture cards. I have been a big fan of tinyprints since I discovered them last year. 3 day work week then Eric will be off for 4 days. I can't wait. Excited for Thanksgiving & seeing all of the family, Black Friday, Putting the tree up, & taking the girls to see Santa Claus. :) Has anyone been to the Christmas thing they're having at Bass Pro Shop? I seen the commercial on TV, it looks really cute! I think we may stop by there this year.

My plan for Black Friday is Toys R Us, Walmart, then Target. :) Yep, I'll be one of the crazies standing outside Toys R Us in the cold, lol. But, it definitely can't be worse than last year. Last year, It was FREEEZING cold, raining, and sleeting. lol. It was awful. It will definitely be easier this year. :) The plan is, Toys R Us opens at 9, I'll be there by 7:00 in line, hopefully I can make it be 6:30. Then to walmart at 10. Target at midnight. SO excited. I have been through all the leaked ads and have my lists ready. I'm so excited! It's almost like a Holiday to me. lol. I know its crazy but being on one income, we're definitely on a budget for Christmas & I am able to get twice as much as I would normally get, for the same price! :) Eric goes with me, not sure if he likes it as much as I do, haha, but hes a trooper. Anyone else going out in the madness? :)

1. Kaylee was playing in her room, she runs out and says (very dramatically) 'Hello! My names Kaylee & Everybody LOVES me!' lol.
2. Mommy, where does Santa live? 'He lives at the North Pole' 'Hmm.. Do all of the elves live there too?' 'Yep!' 'Oh man, that must be a REALLY big pole!' lol.

This weekend was great, Friday Eric and I went on a date! :) Wen't to dinner and went to see Breaking Dawn. :) Saturday, we had Thanksgiving dinner at my Nanas, and today we rearanged the living room to make room for the tree. :) FYI: I will NEVER buy another sectional. EVER. I hate it. lol. We can't rearange our living room at all. :/ We have a huge 55' tv and tv stand that we cant move anywhere, and we have a huge 3 peice sectional, so we ended up having to take the chase off and putting it in our bedroom. bahaha. So now its a two peice sectional til Christmas is over. lol. Oh well, you live and learn. :)

Now, lets get rid of the big elephant in the room, (if you dont like Twilight, now would be a good time to stop reading) ;) BREAKING DAWN WAS AMAZINGGG!! :) Omgsh, I can't get over how much I love it. Seriously! It is my favorite book in the series and I was so so worried it wouldnt be as good, but it was! There was a part or two that I thought was cheesy, but the big parts.. absolutely perfect! Just like I seen it in the book. :) I'm definitely not a diehard fan, I heard about the books and thought 'Hmm, I'll check it out.." A few days later I was hooked. I read the books faster than I've ever read 4 books in my life. lol. But I swear I'm not one of 'those' girls. lol.

So glad its Thursday!! :) Peyton is SO close to walking. She takes about 6 steps then just sits down. Its like shes thinking in her head 'Oh, I'll just crawl, I can get there fast that way.' lol. Shes been taking steps here and there for like a month now. I'm ready for her to walk already. I mean look at this cuteness, its gets even cuter when shes wobbling all around taking steps. :)

Kaylee has been an angel this week. ;) haha. The 'Santa Claus is watching you' thing really works on 3 year olds. lol. Pretty sure we're going to get an elf on a shelf this year now. lol. Pinterest has so many fun ideas for them too. & Theres going to be a cartoon Christmas movie called 'An Elfs Story' coming out at the end of this month about the elf on a shelf. I'm excited. :)

Oh, and I have a hot date Tomorrow... with the hubs of course! I'm so excited. We're going out to dinner and he's taking me to see Breaking Dawn! woohoo! Gosh, I'm so excited, I can't wait. I know, laugh it up.. I love it. I'm sure he's just as excited to be going. ;) lol.

So its naptime and I'm just catching up on my Tivo'd shows. The Someone like you/Rumor has it mashup on Glee was amazing! :) Ahh, I just love Adele. Greys Anatomy: Dont even get me started, my eyes are dried out from all the tears I cried & not coming back til January.. Not cool Greys, Not cool.

So, we got the girls pictures made last night & they turned out SO SO SO cute. I'm in love with them. The CD seriously has 83 pictures on it, and they are ALL good. lol. I think we ended up getting 7 poses and two 10x13 collage prints, but omgsh.. it was so hard to pick. The 2nd set of pictures, we forgot Kaylee's shoes and her blue ones stuck out like a sore thumb with that outfit so we did no shoes. Still not sure how much I'm digging the no shoes thing, but I still absolutely LOVE them. :)

Gosh, I just love them. Cant wait to get them my frames. :)

Christmas Ideas :)

Hope everyone has been having a good weekend. :)

I did some Christmas shopping and I am so excited about Christmas this year. Kaylee says she wants Santa to bring her a Pink Basketball goal & a Rapunzel barbie doll. Pretty easy. We do most of our shopping on Black Friday, because I LOOOVE it. :) I've been scooping out the ads all weekend. Got my list all wrote down and I am ready! lol. We've already bought the Pink basketball goal. Its in the attic right now, waiting to be wrapped. :) We also got her a LeapPad, which I am SO excited about. It seems so neat. I cant wait to get it all set up. I also got her a game for it. On Black Friday we're going to get her some other stuff. I found some great deals. :)

I'm having a hard time with figuring out what to get Peyton. She's 12 months old, and she'll be 14 months when Christmas rolls around. I kept all of Kaylees toys from when she was little, all of her ride ons, push toys, etc. and Peyton just had a Birthday party so it makes it hard. I think I'm going to get these for her though..

That rocking horse, little kitchen, and a Weebles tree house. I have no idea what else.. Maybe a ballpit? Definitely some PJs and clothes. Maybe a few of those cute laugh n learn toys, puzzles, books.. I'm not too sure. There's not many baby toys in the Black Friday ad this year. :/ But, Toys R Us opens at 9! & Walmart starts at 10. So I should be home by 12:00/1:00 at the latest, which is great, I think. although I'm confused why they open on Thursday for Black Friday, but I'm not complaining. lol.

Can't wait for Thanksgiving and seeing all the family. We have a busy next couple of weeks ahead. Friday, Eric is taking me to see Breaking Dawn. :)) We have Pre-Thanksgiving dinner at my Nanas house on Saturday, Then we have two more dinners on Thanksgiving day. & Of course me and the girls will watch the Macy's parade. Then, Black Friday shopping, we're putting the Christmas decor up, then going to see Santa Claus at the mall. :) I lovee this time of the year. I'm thinking about getting a Elf on a Shelf this year too, I've seen so many cute ideas on Pinterest. I'll have to remember to look for that the next time I'm out.

So, does anyone's kiddos have a LeapPad? Do they like it? I'm thinking Kaylee is going to LOVE it. It seems like a ipad for kids. Plus, I'll be able to get my phone back. haha.

Happy 11/11/11! Happy Friday! & Happy Veterans Day!
So thankful to all of the veterans past & present and everyone serving our country now. :)

Hmm. So its 11/11/11. Not really doing anything too exciting today. Right now the girls are playing, Kaylees drawing on her aquadoodle, and Peyton's just crawling around getting into everything. ;) Tonight, we're just having a redbox and pizza night. Any suggestions on what we should rent?

So, I know I'm new to the blogging world, but this is making me SO frustrated!! :( I can't figure out whats wrong with it, or what I'm doing wrong. I am following probably 30 or so blogs, but they dont show up on my reading list? Every once in a blue moon they show up, but its a RARE occurrence. To see the people I'm following, I have to go to my profile and refresh it a few times til they show up. Is this a normal thing? :( I used Google Chrome.. Do I need to use something else? Oh and sometimes when I go to people's blogs who I am following, my picture isnt on their followers list.. but it says I am following them on my user profile. I'm so confused. :(

If anyone knows of any idea on how I can fix this, please let me know! :) I'll be so grateful!

Of course I am thankful everyday for my beautiful little girls, my amazing husband, our health, our family, our house, & so much more.. but today, I'm thankful for the little things..

I'm thankful for Pinterest. I absolutely am in love with that website. I have found so many awesome ideas on there. Whoever invented such a simple, but amazing idea is a genius. Since finding it, I've tried so many new recipes, made my daughters some pretty cool stuff, and learned so much!
I am so thankful for Eric's job. Being a SAHM is such a blessing. I love being home with my girls all the time, and I'm so thankful I'm able to.
I'm thankful for all of Kaylee's drawings. She loves to color, paint, and draw. I love them all. Shes just turned 3 in June, but lately shes really been into it, she will sit at the table and color pictures for an hour. Heres a picture she drew of her and Rapunzel (her favorite) last week.

I'm thankful for Peppermint Mochas from Starbucks. Yummo!
I'm thankful for the app 'Wheres my Droid'. I use it so much to find my phone when I loose it. lol.
I am thankful for Shawn at Portrait Innovations. He always does such a good job taking my girls pictures. We're getting pictures made Monday for Peytons birthday/fall pics. Crossing my fingers and hoping both girls cooperate.
I'm thankful for Peytons slobbery kisses. They are the sweetest kisses ever. :)
I'm thankful for that Grey's Anatomy comes on tonight, its my favorite. The girls in my dorm in College got me hooked and I've been watching ever since, love Private Practice too. :)
I'm thankful for getting to start Christmas shopping this weekend. I'm excited, Christmas this year is going to be so fun. :)

Mommy, Can I have a Jellyfish?

Kaylee loves Peanut Butter and Jelly. She'd eat it for every meal, every day if I let her. But, she doesn't call it Peanut Butter & Jelly, or PB&J, or even a sandwich... she calls it Jellyfish. I have no clue where she came up with that, I never cut her sandwiches into fish shapes and I definitely never called it that, but its stuck. Her favorite place to eat is McAllisters Deli, because you guessed it.. 'they sell jellyfish there!' She's been calling it that for about a year now. lol. So I guess its grown on us too, all of us call PB&Js jellyfish now. I say 'What do you want for lunch Kaylee? Rice, chicken nuggets, jellyfish, soup, etc.' lol. Hmm.. I'm sure if someone overheard that conversation they'd think I was crazy. :)

Kaylee has a few more 'different' words for common things, but I'll save those for next time. :) Of course Peyton doesn't have any yet, she just steals my heart by babbling, and saying DaDa & MaMa all day long. I'm sure I'll be writing about the funny things she says before I know it.

Peyton's 1st Birthday Party!♥

We had Peyton's 1st Birthday party about a week and a half ago. She loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse, so I decided to go with a Minnie Mouse theme. I didn't want it to be too charactery, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. I did a few DIY crafts for this party, Thank you Pinterest! ;) I love decorating and party planning, so I had a lot of fun with this party. Just family and really close friends, very low key. She loved it, and she had a perfect little party so I'm a happy mommy. :)

I'm glad to be done party planning atleast til the next party, 7 months from now. :) Pretty sure thats going to be a Tangled 4th Birthday party, I doubt shes going to change her mind. lol. I've already found tons of awesome ideas already! haha.

KAYLEE: 3 years old. (6/2/08)

My little firecracker! She is a ball full of energy and theres never a dull moment with her. Shes so funny and is always making me laugh. She is a little social butterfly and makes friends with everyone she meets. She has such a big heart and is and amazing big sister, never shown any jealousy. She is OBSESSED with Tangled and all things Rapunzel, loves going to gymnastics class, loves to color, paint, & draw, loves Bubble Guppies & Team Umizoomi, loves everything pink, girly, sparkley, and princessy. She can't sleep without her LuLu- a stuffed pink and white dog shes had since she was 7 months old. She'd rather have raw carrots (her fav) over icecream. lol. She loves to sing and knows pretty much every Taylor Swift song. haha. She hates bugs & getting dirty. She asks hundreds of questions a day and doesn't talk talking unless shes sleeping. ;)

PEYTON: 12 months (10/27/10)
My baby girl. She is the total opposite of Kaylee. She is so sweet and loves to cuddle. :) She sits and plays quietly and smiles and laughs all the time. She loves Mickey Mouse Clubhouse. She loves music and being in the car always puts her to sleep. She has big beautiful blue eyes (which neither me, eric, or kaylee have) is more of a mommy's girl and is a little shy at first. She loves to get messy when she eats and loves bathtime. She rubs a blankie on her face to fall asleep & will only drink out of one certain type of sippy cup. She hates wearing shoes and tries to take them off every chance she can get. She isnt walking yet, but shes taking one or two steps here and there. :) She thinks her sister is so funny and loves playing with her. I cant believe how big shes getting, seems like just yesterday she came into the world on her Daddy's birthday... now, shes a whole year old? Its bittersweet for sure.

I am so blessed to have such sweet, caring, beautiful, and healthy little girls. Everything I do, I do it for them. They are my whole world & I am so lucky to be their mommy. :)

My very first blog post.
I've decided to start a blog to keep track of our lives, my girls, and everything in between. :)

I'm Amanda & I'm married to my best friend, Eric. He is the best Daddy and husband around, hands down. :) We have two beautiful little girls together, Kaylee & Peyton, or Bug & BabyBug (hints the blog name.) Erics works for Brown Forman and I am a SAHM. We have been together for 5 and a half years and we just celebrated our 4 year wedding anniversary a few weeks ago. Its been a crazy ride, but I wouldn't change a single thing about my life. I absolutely love being a Mommy & a wife.

My goal for this blog is to keep it active and blog all of the craziness, fun times, and adventures of my little family. So maybe one day I can look back and remember this special time in my girls lives. :)
